Ethical or Professional? You Decide

Sometimes there are issues that are handled way differently to what you would do. And you find this very disturbing, what do you do then?

You were only hired cause you are a girl.

You are a morale booster to the team

To me these comments are BS! I will prove to everyone I am not just a girl, but a good Software engineer. I did promise the Panda that I will do better than him, when he was an intern here. I still stand by it. Got diverted for sometime, but back on track now. Tougher than ever before.
